The Camorristas are the core members of the Camorra, a new criminal organization led by the well-spoken Fat Tony that will appear when the town is very large. Like the Mafiosi, they try to murder someone (be it an Innocent or Mafia member) every night and rule the town by fear.

Night round | Casts a vote for the target of a night's murder. The alive player voted by the most Camorristas will be killed in the following morning, unless he is visited by a Doctor. This ability can be blocked by the Prostitute, and if there are no effective votes, no murder will occur. |
| Camorra channel

Permanent | Camorristas can use this channel to talk privately to the other members of the Camorra faction, except for a Camorra-aligned Prostitute. |
| Victory by majority | A player is killed | If at least a half of the players who are alive are Camorristas, the Camorra wins, UNLESS there is an equal amount of Camorristas and Mafiosi and no other role left, in which case the Mafia wins. See Victory conditions for more information. |
| Criminal sanctuary | The last Mafioso is killed, at least one Camorrista is alive | All the supporting members of the Mafia faction will join the Camorra faction. |
