This powerful space warrior was spending his days peacefully on Earth when the serial murders began in his town. Good natured but short tempered and often dumb, he's bound to snap at any moment and unleash a deadly energy beam towards anyone who he thinks is the enemy, instantly destroying the said enemy and, more often than not, himself.

The Saiyan's most powerful weapon is his kamehameha wave, when used correctly the saiyan can singularly wipe out all opposing faction. However until enemy agents can be determined the saiyan must continue to remain incognito as a normal civilian avoiding mafioso murder and knowing who to vote for execution when required.
The saiyan must wait for the perfect opportunity to ensure a successful attack on an opposing faction, and should only use his ability when he is absolutely sure a target is an enemy. Should a saiyan survive his first attack he should immediately request another target from the detective and other innocent citizens, since it is most likely he will be murdered the next day.
