Mailman

Back in the day, the Mafia used to leave severed heads inside mailboxes, and this really pissed off the Mailman. One day he decided he'd have no more of it, and joined the fight against crime by offering his services to exchange private messages between other citizens.

Attributes

Attribute	Trigger Condition	Description
Send letter (!mail NICKNAME MESSAGE)	Day round, requires envelope	Sends a private message to any other player. This skill is limited to the amount of envelopes/stamps owned by the Mailman. Every letter sent by the Mailman to another citizen contains a response envelope inside which can be used by the recipient to send one reply to the Mailman.
Receive letter	Permanent	The Mailman can receive letters from non-Mailman citizens, as long as they have an envelope they can use. Non-mailman citizens cannot receive mail from other non-mailman citizens.
Written word	Permanent	Letters are not affected by the following status ailments: Confusion, Muteness, Temporary Deafness.
